Revitalization with Creative Potential
The goal of the Feller AG pension fund was to proceed with a fundamental
refurbishment that would guarantee the feasibility for the apartments to be
rented out for the next 20 to 30 years. Our job consisted in enlarging the
floor plan of the small apartments, including the addition of spacious
balconies. An additional bathroom was also installed. The upgrading that
corresponds to today‘s standards (kitchen, bathrooms, parquet floor)
ensures long-term renting.
